Multi-Machine Fabrication Operator (Temp-to-Hire)
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Multi-Machine Fabrication Operator to join a growing structural steel fabrication operation. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals looking to establish a long-term career with a company that values commitment, teamwork, and employee development.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating multiple pieces of fabrication equipment and adapting to changing production needs throughout the day. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate multiple fabrication machines.
- Drill, punch, cut, and process structural steel components according to specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and maintain production quality standards.
- Read and follow shop drawings, production schedules, and work instructions.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Cross-train on additional equipment and workstations as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing, fabrication, machine operation, or CNC experience preferred. Not a machinist role but someone that can operate a drill and familioar with G code.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.
- Ability to lift, move, and work with steel materials safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- This is not a high-tolerance machinining position. The work is primarily structural steel fabrication, drilling, punching, and forming.

- Mor Seiki Drill Press
- Hass VF-3
- Peddinghaus Peddimax 110/140 punch
- Adira QHD-7025 press brake
- Laser cutting equipment in future
Hiring Requirements
- Drug screen required.
- Background check required.
- All candidates must complete an in-person interview and facility walkthrough prior to hire.
