Maintenance General Worker 2nd Shift

 

Temporary 2^nd Shift Position

Assignment Timeframe: 11/1/2026 – 01/30/2027

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Requires a considerable degree of skill, ability, knowledge, and experience in electrical controls and motor starters for press room operations, including in depth knowledge of the HIC machine, the roll former, press brakes, shelf line and the paint system.  Knowledge of new, high-tech PLC controls is desirable.  Ability to maintain and repair heavy press operations is necessary.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

·         Must be able to read, write and interpret shop drawings and schematics. 

• Must be able to use test equipment and have knowledge of electrical controls
• Must have knowledge of all press room machinery operations including HIC, roll former, press brakes, shelf line and paint system. 
• Must be able to trouble shoot problems to repair.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
• Note: A skills test will be required.

• Adheres to all safety standards and wears PPE properly as required.
