Express Employment Professionals is hiring MIG Welders for a local manufacturing company. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding and metal fabrication 

• Work on a production welding line to assemble and weld metal components

• Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications

• Operate grinders, welding equipment, and other fabrication tools

• Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and consistency

• Handle and move materials as needed

• Work closely with team members to meet production goals

• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience required

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and good attendance

• Experience with metal fabrication and welding tools preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift

• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a manufacturing environment
