Warehouse Worker (Forklift Operator)

Location: Drums, PA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Worker to join our team. This position is responsible for picking and preparing orders, operating a forklift to move and load materials, utilizing a handheld scanner to maintain inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely shipment of products. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely to pick, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently.
• Use handheld scan guns to record inventory movements and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Pick customer and production orders according to shipping requirements.
• Verify product quantities, labels, and order information before shipment.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Prior forklift experience required.
• Experience using RF scanners or inventory scanning systems preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Basic computer and inventory management skills are a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
