We're seeking a motivated Production Manager for our client, an established, family-oriented manufacturing business with a close-knit team and a strong commitment to quality.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established operation where teamwork matters, no two days are exactly alike, and your contributions make a difference. With the previous Production Manager retiring, our client is looking for someone ready to step in, learn the operation, and help lead its day-to-day activities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee daily operations across three key areas: production, shipping and packing, and receiving.
• Coordinate production schedules, workflow, and priorities to keep operations running efficiently.
• Support and guide employees while promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Oversee production activities involving CNC machines, sandblasting equipment, and related manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate incoming materials, inventory flow, purchasing needs, and outgoing shipments.
• Manage shipping and packing for products manufactured in-house, as well as products received from outside manufacturing partners.
• Maintain quality standards, workplace safety, and an organized, efficient operation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and overall workflow.

 

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to be involved in daily operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and team-first mindset.
• A degree in Production Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Experience with manufacturing, warehouse operations, forklift operation, LTL shipping, purchasing, or receiving is a plus.
