Customer Account Manager

Our client is looking for a customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Account Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and finding solutions to customer needs.

 

If you have experience in banking, retail, sales, or customer service, your skills could transfer well to this role! Insurance experience is a plus, but paid training and licensing support are provided for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing customers.

• Answer questions and help customers understand their coverage options.

• Recommend products and services based on customer needs.

• Assist with quotes, customer requests, and policy documentation.

• Provide ongoing support and deliver excellent customer service.

• Work with the team to meet customer service and sales goals.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

• Comfort using computers and learning new systems.

• A professional, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

• Banking, retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus.

• Previous insurance experience or a Property & Casualty license is preferred, but not required.
