Hours: Monday - Friday, 4:00pm - 2:30am

Pay: $24.11 - $35.36/HR, based on experience

Duties:

Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision machined components.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T specifications, and work instructions.
Edit and troubleshoot CNC programs using Fanuc controls as needed.
Perform machine setups, tooling changes, offsets, and production changeovers.
Operate Doosan Lynx 2600SY and Doosan Puma 3100SY CNC lathes with sub-spindles and live tooling.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances.
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and program-related issues.
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
Work closely with quality, engineering, and production teams to meet manufacturing goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety standards and manufacturing procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous CNC Lathe machining experience required.
Experience setting up and operating CNC turning centers.
Strong understanding of Fanuc I Series Plus controls and G-Code programming.
Experience with CNC programming edits, offsets, and troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, thread gauges, and indicators.
Familiarity with Mastercam software is a plus.
Experience with live tooling, sub-spindles, multi-axis machining, and tight tolerance machining preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
