Express Employment Professionals is seeking an ambitious, sales-oriented Employment Specialist to support our recruiting efforts while driving business growth through inside sales activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is energized by achieving sales goals, and has a passion for helping businesses and job seekers succeed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

• Recruit, interview, screen, and place qualified candidates for temporary, evaluation-hire, and direct-hire positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking efforts.
• Conduct candidate assessments, reference checks, and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple industries.
• Match candidate skills and experience with client hiring needs.

Inside Sales & Business Development

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to develop new business opportunities.
• Identify staffing needs and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and client follow-up activities.
• Maintain regular contact with current clients to strengthen relationships and uncover additional staffing opportunities.
• Promote Express Employment's staffing solutions and workforce services.
• Support office growth by achieving weekly activity and performance goals.

Client & Employee Relations

• Serve as a trusted staffing consultant for both clients and associates.
• Follow up with placed employees and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Resolve employment-related concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM and staffing software systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, inside sales, customer service, business development, or account management preferred.
• Strong phone presence and confidence making outbound sales calls.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to earn performance-based bonuses.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting software.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
