General Laborer - Apartment Complex Maintenance & Renovation

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to assist with apartment turnover, maintenance, and renovation projects at a local apartment complex. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and takes pride in helping prepare units for new residents.

Responsibilities:

• Apartment and unit clean-outs
• Removal of furniture, appliances, and debris
• Light demolition work, including removal of flooring, cabinets, drywall, and fixtures
• General labor and cleanup of work areas
• Loading and unloading materials and supplies
• Assisting maintenance and renovation crews as needed
• Basic repairs and property upkeep
• Painting and touch-up work (experience is a major plus)
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous general labor, construction, maintenance, or demolition experience preferred
• Painting experience is highly desired
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
