Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic for a company in the Hueytown/Bessemer area. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, experience performing vehicle repairs, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on various vehicles.
Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake repairs, and tune-ups.
Troubleshoot engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical systems.
Use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle problems.
Inspect vehicles and recommend necessary repairs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Complete repairs accurately and efficiently.
Previous professional automotive repair experience required.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic procedures.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Experience with engine repairs, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license preferred.
ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
Starting pay: $25.00+ per hour, depending on experience.
Full-time opportunity.
