Salary: $20.50-26.65

Express Employment Professionals, a leader in staffing in the north state, is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our client's team in Red Bluff, CA.

 

*Monday thru Friday, Day shift!

 

*Pay starts at $20.50-$26.65 per hour!

 

Responsibilities of Facilities Maintenance Technician:

• Perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled activities in the maintenance and repair work of assigned facilities.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing and painting tasks.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools and equipment such as drills, saws, pressed and grinders.
• Maintain various records related to safety, expenses, work orders, project status and assigned activities

Requirements of Facilities Maintenance Technician:

• 2-3 years of facility maintenance
• Must have valid California Driver’s License with minimum 3 year driving history
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must be able to pass CPR and First Aid Course
