Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Detail & Delivery Specialist to join a growing custom cabinetry company. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoys variety in their work, and has strong organizational skills. The Detail & Delivery Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring cabinetry projects are completed accurately, carefully inspected, and delivered safely to customers.

Schedule & Pay

  • Schedule: Flexible schedule required, including early mornings and occasional late evenings.

  • Travel: Frequent travel to job sites, including Jackson, Wyoming, and Driggs, Idaho.

  • Pay: To be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed final inspections of cabinetry components to ensure accuracy, quality, and completion before delivery.

  • Verify that all components, hardware, and finishing details meet project specifications.

  • Drill and install cabinet doors and drawer fronts with precision, ensuring proper alignment and placement.

  • Assist with final detailing, adjustments, and miscellaneous finishing tasks at job sites.

  • Learn and utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and cabinetry installation techniques.

  • Safely load, secure, transport, and unload cabinetry and materials at designated job sites.

  • Handle large and heavy cabinetry components weighing up to 150 lbs with assistance from team members.

  • Maintain accurate organization of materials and components to ensure efficient deliveries and installations.

  • Coordinate with team members to complete projects accurately and on schedule.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to identify incomplete work, quality concerns, or discrepancies before delivery.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.

  • Ability to follow measurements, instructions, and project specifications accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in cabinetry, woodworking, construction, delivery, or installation preferred.

  • Comfortable operating hand tools and power tools or willing to learn.

  • Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy cabinetry components up to 150 lbs with team assistance.

  • Willingness to travel frequently to regional job sites.

  • Flexible availability for early departures and late returns depending on project locations.

  • Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and dependable transportation.

  • Valid driver's license may be required depending on delivery responsibilities.
