Warehouse Lead (Evaluation Hire)
Location: Plano, TX 75074
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

About the Opportunity
3PL company is seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Lead to support daily fulfillment and warehouse activities at its Plano facility. This is a working-lead role that combines leadership responsibilities with active participation in warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment, along with the ability to organize workflows, solve problems, and help ensure operational goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities during assigned shifts
- Support picking, packing, shipping, and receiving operations
- Monitor workflow to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule
- Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy initiatives
- Train and support warehouse associates on processes and best practices
- Use warehouse management systems, barcode scanners, and other technology to track inventory and orders
- Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain productivity
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work environment
- Communicate effectively with management regarding operational performance and staffing needs
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or logistics experience required
- Prior experience in a lead, team lead, shift lead, or supervisory role preferred
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, and computers
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products and cartons as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
