About the Opportunity

A growing third-party logistics (3PL) company in Plano is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate - Fulfillment to join its team. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced warehouse environment responsible for fulfilling customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate enjoys staying active, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working with warehouse technology and inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Receive incoming product and verify quantities against packing slips
• Use barcode scanners and warehouse management systems to process inventory transactions
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
• Accurately label, package, and stage shipments
• Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the warehouse
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
• Support additional warehouse and fulfillment activities as needed

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred
• Experience using barcode scanners and computers in a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull cartons and inventory throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
