Project Coordinator
Pay: $25-$30/hour DOE
Location: Bee Cave Area, TX
Schedule: Full-Time | Rotating Saturday Coverage (approximately once every 4-6 weeks)
Type: Temp-to-Hire
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project workflows, client communication, and daily operations for a growing environmental services organization.
This role combines project coordination, client relationship management, administrative support, and account follow-up. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records, communicating with clients, and helping projects move efficiently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects and maintain accurate project files, records, and documentation
- Confirm approved work orders and assist with project setup and tracking
- Monitor active projects and support workflow progression through various stages
- Provide clients with project status updates and ongoing communication
- Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to active, former, and inactive clients
- Follow up on quotes, proposals, and potential business opportunities
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments
- Support scheduling priorities and monitor project timelines
- Prepare, review, and organize project documentation and reports
- Enter, review, and reconcile data within company systems and databases
- Assist with quality documentation and administrative compliance processes
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, client services, inside sales, or a related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound client calls and conducting follow-up outreach
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Comfortable working within databases, spreadsheets, and business software systems
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting project-based operations
- Background in client relationship management or account coordination
- Experience with ERP, CRM, LIMS, or similar business systems
- Experience working in laboratory, technical, environmental, engineering, or professional services environments
- Knowledge of documentation control, reporting, or quality processes
