Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Quoting Specialist to support our Winter Haven branch. This position will work closely with the branch team to assist customers, prepare and enter quotes, complete data entry, and communicate customer needs and order details to the operations team.

The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate, comfortable working with customers, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with waterworks, ductile iron pipe, fittings, valves, or related products is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding products, pricing, quotes, and order needs.
• Prepare, enter, and maintain customer quotes accurately.
• Perform data entry for customer, product, pricing, and order information.
• Communicate customer requirements and order details to the operations team.
• Follow up on quotes, orders, availability, and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist with resolving customer questions or order issues.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, operations, and branch personnel as needed.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service.
• Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous customer service, inside sales, quoting, order entry, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and internal operations teams.
• Dependable, organized, and professional.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate

Starting at $23.00+ per hour, depending on experience.
