Key Responsibilities

• Perform general office duties, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in computer systems and databases.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and other office activities.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare, organize, and distribute documents, reports, and other office materials.
• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to office staff and management.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily office operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
