Pay: $35.00–$45.00/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Overtime: Available; must be willing to be on call as needed

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate has strong CNC service and repair experience, along with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and equipment repairs.

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery and manufacturing equipment.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

• Maintain and repair facility plumbing and electrical systems.

• Work with Operations to identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.

• Coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized repairs and services.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety procedures.

• Operate forklifts and lifting equipment as needed.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC industrial equipment.

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance highly preferred.

Skills Required

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Ability to operate forklifts and lifting equipment.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to workplace safety.

• Willingness to be on call as needed.
