$20/hr | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

We’re hiring a Customer Service Coordinator for a well-established company in the healthcare industry in South Asheville.

This is a long-term temporary assignment expected to last about 2 months, starting October 19, making it a great opportunity for steady work heading into the holiday season.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Answer and make phone calls throughout the day
• Assist clients with questions and next steps
• Coordinate with insurance companies and medical offices
• Help schedule appointments
• Process payments
• Document information accurately
• Work with medical records
• Provide friendly, patient, and professional customer service
• Assist with additional office tasks as needed

• Strong customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking with both clients and medical offices
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working on the phone throughout the day
• Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
• Able to handle sensitive information professionally
• Must be able to pass a background check
