2nd Shift: 5:45 PM - 3:00 AM (Monday-Friday, weekends as needed)

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Sanitation Supervisor to lead the sanitation team in a food manufacturing facility. Responsible for ensuring all production equipment and areas are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for production while maintaining USDA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train sanitation team members.
• Oversee daily sanitation activities and equipment cleaning.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections and verify sanitation effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards.
• Monitor proper chemical usage, PPE compliance, and safety procedures.
• Maintain sanitation records and support audits.
• Coordinate with QA, Production, and Maintenance teams.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• 1+ year of sanitation experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SSOPs, and food safety regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work in cold, wet environments.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Experience in food manufacturing sanitation and food safety compliance strongly preferred.
