Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to guests and customers.
• Assist with daily hotel and casino operations based on the assigned position.
• Maintain clean, organized, and presentable work areas.
• Follow established procedures and quality standards.
• Complete assigned duties accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to guest requests and communicate professionally with team members.
• Safely handle supplies, equipment, and materials as needed.
• Follow all workplace safety, sanitation, and company policies.

Requirements

• Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays as scheduled.
• Must be flexible and available to work a rotating schedule.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform some heavy lifting, depending on the position.
• Previous hospitality, hotel, casino, or customer service experience is a plus.
