Pay: $17.00+ per hour (depending on role and experience)

Job Requirements

• Must be comfortable performing heavy physical labor throughout the shift.
• Must be willing to work outdoors and in extreme weather conditions, including heat and cold.
• Must be available to work 12-hour shifts.
• Must be flexible to work up to 7 days per week as production demands require.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow safety procedures.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

• Heavy industrial and concrete manufacturing environment.
• Physically demanding work involving standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
• Exposure to concrete, dust, noise, heavy materials, and changing weather conditions.
• Long shifts with extended periods of physical activity.
