Location: Olathe, KS

 

Pay: $25-$28/hour based on experience

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm with occasional weekends (40-50 hours per week)

 

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Foundation Repair Specialist to join our team in a Lead role. This position is ideal for professionals with at least 1 year of experience in foundation repair and related tasks, such as pier installation, epoxy injection, wall bracing, waterproofing, and sewer line repair. As a Lead Specialist, you will oversee a crew, ensuring projects are completed on time, safely, and to the highest standard. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a crew to perform foundation repairs and installations
• Execute tasks including pier installation, epoxy injection, wall bracing, waterproofing, and sewer line repair
• Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure all work is completed to meet or exceed customer expectations and project specifications
• Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in foundation repair or related work required
• Expertise in pier installation, epoxy injection, wall bracing, waterproofing, or sewer line repair highly preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments
• Strong communication skills
