Delivery Driver (Temporary)

Pay: $23.00–$28.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, potential overtime
Duration: Temporary through mid-to-late November

Our client is seeking a Delivery Driver to deliver plant material, landscaping products, and related supplies to customers and company locations. This hands-on role combines driving, loading and unloading, vehicle care, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company delivery vehicles and follow applicable safety requirements.
• Complete deliveries to customer job sites and company locations in a timely manner.
• Load, unload, and properly secure materials for transport.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs or safety concerns.
• Keep vehicles and equipment clean and in good working condition.
• Coordinate with operations and yard teams to support daily delivery schedules.
• Assist with yard work and other operational duties as needed.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service at each delivery location.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
• Safe driving record and commitment to following safety procedures.
• Previous delivery or commercial driving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to work.
• Willingness to work overtime during busy seasonal periods.
