Job Full Description

We are currently seeking a Junk Removal Laborer / Demolition Worker in the Ballston Spa, NY area. This is a full-time, hands-on position with a rapidly expanding company that promotes hardworking employees quickly and offers strong opportunities for advancement.

Work ethic is the #1 quality we are looking for. Previous experience can be helpful, but we are primarily looking for someone who shows up every day, works hard, takes direction, and wants to grow with the company.

 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour to start

Tasks for Junk Removal Laborer / Demolition Worker:

• Perform residential and commercial junk removal
• Load and unload furniture, debris, appliances, and other materials
• Assist with demolition and property cleanout projects
• Remove construction and demolition debris
• Carry and move materials safely and efficiently
• Assist with loading company trucks
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders
• Work safely while completing physically demanding tasks
• Assist the crew wherever needed to complete jobs efficiently

Qualifications for Junk Removal Laborer / Demolition Worker:

• Strong work ethic is REQUIRED and is the most important qualification
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Willing to work hard in a physically demanding environment
• Comfortable lifting, carrying, loading, and moving materials throughout the day
• Able to take direction and work effectively as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Interested in growing into additional responsibilities and higher-level positions
• Previous general labor, demolition, construction, moving, landscaping, warehouse, or junk removal experience is a plus
