Express Employment Professionals in conjunction with a reputable rental properties in Johnson City, TN is seeking a building maintenance. This position is temp to hire.  Monday-Friday 8:30a-5pm at $16/hr. 

 

What we look for in a Maintenance Associate:  

• Experience with HVAC-license is a plus
• Experience with plumbing 
• Carpentry experience
• Painting experience 
• Valid Driver's license 
• Dependable 
• Dedicated 
• Self-Motivated
• Ability to work as a team
