Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician for a Pennington Gap, VA facility.

Job Duties:

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs
• Assist with minor plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
• Perform basic electrical maintenance and repairs
• Help maintain HVAC systems, including routine inspections and filter changes
• Replace light bulbs, fixtures, and ceiling tiles
• Complete basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs
• Maintain building grounds, walkways, and common areas
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Respond to maintenance requests and facility needs as they arise

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience is helpful but not required
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Interest in facility maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC trades
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed

Schedule: Monday-Friday
Day Shift

Pay: $12.77-$15.00/hr
