Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a distribution facility in Marion, IN. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical and troubleshooting skills who enjoys keeping equipment and facility operations running efficiently.

Pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience
Shift: 2nd Shift
Location: Marion, Indiana

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues to identify the cause of malfunctions.
• Complete repairs and maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Inspect equipment to identify potential safety hazards or maintenance needs.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Document maintenance activities and report equipment issues as needed.
• Assist with additional maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or mechanical experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of a distribution environment.
