Our Scarborough client, a leading manufacturer of film solutions, is looking for a General Labourer to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Move bundles of shrink wrap and plastic film products throughout the facility
• Load, stack, and organize shrink wrap bundles onto pallets for storage and shipment
• Package shrink wrap rolls and finished products
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards before packaging
• Maintain cleanliness of racks, machines, workstations, and common production areas
• Remove scrap materials and assist with general housekeeping duties
• Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous Warehouse, Manufacturing, or Production experience
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical labour throughout the shift
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus Qualifications:

• Material handling or palletizing experience (asset)
• Team player that can work under minimal supervision
• Strict adherence to safety practices and procedures

Compensation and Hours:

• Morning Shift: Monday to Friday (6:30am to 3:00pm)
• Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday (3:00pm to 11:30pm) / Friday (2:00pm to 10:30pm)
• Pay Rate: $18 per hour
