Job Summary:

Express Healthcare Staffing is seeking a certified Mammography Technologist to join a thriving outpatient imaging center in Kendall! In this hands-on role, you will perform screening and diagnostic mammograms, including 2D digital and 3D tomosynthesis, with a focus on image quality, patient comfort, and MQSA compliance. You will work side by side with Technicians and administrative staff in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, assisting with breast ultrasound and biopsy procedures along the way. Requirements:

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms, including 2D digital and 3D tomosynthesis (DBT), positioning patients correctly to produce high-quality images while minimizing discomfort and radiation dose
• Review patient history, explain procedures, and answer questions to ease patient anxiety; assist radiologists with breast ultrasound, needle localizations, and stereotactic or ultrasound-guided biopsies as needed
• Evaluate images for technical quality and repeat views when necessary; perform and document daily, weekly, and quarterly MQSA QC tests, and enter and verify exam data in RIS/PACS
• Follow HIPAA, infection control, and radiation safety protocols; keep exam rooms clean and stocked, and coordinate with front desk and scheduling to keep patient flow on time

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program with ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Mammography (M) in good standing
• Active Florida DOH Radiologic Technologist license (General Radiographer), current BLS/CPR certification, and MQSA initial and continuing qualifications
• 1+ year of mammography experience; 3D tomosynthesis (Hologic or GE), biopsy assist experience, and an ARRT (BS) or ARDMS breast credential preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred; compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to stand most of the shift, lift to 50 lbs, and keep pace in a high-volume clinic

Schedule & Pay:

• Part Time | Tuesday & Thursday | 8:00AM – 1:00PM
• Pay: $45.00 Per Hour
