Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, Intune, enterprise applications, and Windows endpoints.

Administer Microsoft 365, including user provisioning, licensing, mailbox management, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and delegated access.

Manage Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, configuration profiles, and troubleshooting.

Administer Active Directory user accounts, groups, permissions, and Group Policy.

Support Exchange Online and hybrid email environments, including mailbox creation/deletion, synchronization, permissions, and mail flow troubleshooting.

Administer and support cloud-based document management systems, including user access, security permissions, workspaces, and content organization.

Create and deploy new user accounts, devices, and firm systems.

Provide Tier 1 application support and escalate complex issues to appropriate vendors or internal resources.

Coordinate with vendors on system deployments, updates, maintenance, and critical issue resolution.

Support hardware and peripherals, including computers, printers, monitors, copiers, conference room technology, and video conferencing systems.

Provide technical support for scheduled and ad hoc video conferences and meetings.

Maintain system documentation, procedures, and best practices.

Assist with server patching, system updates, scheduled maintenance, and other infrastructure-related tasks.

Participate in compliance audits and assist with documentation and evidence collection.

Perform occasional maintenance or updates outside normal business hours as needed.

3+ years of experience in IT helpdesk, technical support, systems administration, or a related role.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange.

Experience supporting Windows environments and command-line tools.

Experience with Microsoft Intune and device management preferred.

Familiarity with Azure/cloud-based environments.

Experience with IT ticketing systems and IT service management (ITSM) practices.

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple requests and provide professional support to end users.

College degree, IT certification, or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
