We have an opening for a Tank Washer position working at a food-grade tanker trailer cleaning facility located in Decatur, AL. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with potential for full-time placement.

Skills/Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Previous industrial cleaning and/or pressure washing experience is preferred.

Must have a command of the English language and good verbal and written communication skills.

Must be able to work an entire work week on a consistent basis.

Must be able to work scheduled shifts and overtime as required.

Must be able lift 50 lb. unassisted.

 

Duties/Responsibilities

Clean, dry, and deodorize tank trailers using high-pressure steam, water, chemicals, and detergents.

Perform wash water segregation duties.

Open and close valves.

Lift, pull, push and carry hoses.

Manage chemical usage and waste.

Prepare trailers for deliveries.

Comply with company safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
