What You Will Do

• Record Integrity & Discrepancy Audits: Maintain accurate warehouse stock records and conduct thorough investigations into product count variances.

• Cycle Count Execution: Lead daily, weekly, and seasonal cycle counting programs to ensure high operational accuracy across all storage zones.

• ERP System Maintenance: Enter, track, and update product movements and material counts within enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.

• Equipment & Order Selection: Safely operate a cherry picker and warehouse equipment to perform high-bay order selecting, product verification, and stock placement.

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Receiving, Shipping, Production, and Customer Service departments to address stock discrepancies promptly.

What You Need

• Stock Control Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on stock control, auditing, or cycle count experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution facility.

• Order Selector Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven order selector experience required.

• Cherry Picker Proficiency: Demonstrated experience operating a cherry picker in a distribution environment.

• ERP Software Skills: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience navigating ERP system software for material tracking.

• Peak Season Availability: Ability to work extended hours (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) during high-volume peak seasons.

• Language Skills: Ability to speak, read, and write in English to navigate software prompts, verify item numbers, and follow safety procedures.

• Reliability: Excellent attendance record, strong work ethic, and dependable transportation to Earth City, MO 63045.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and evaluations.
