About the Role

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a full-time Shipper (2nd Shift) for a fast-paced distribution facility in Hazelwood, MO (63042).

This position features a desirable 4-day, 10-hour schedule (Monday – Thursday), allowing you to enjoy 3-day weekends every week! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing outgoing freight, labeling inventory, utilizing RF scanners for pick/pack operations, and processing outbound shipments. What You Will Do

• Outbound Shipping Processing: Label and process outbound inventory for timely dispatch using automated shipping software.

• Order Picking & Packing: Utilize RF scanners to pick, verify, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.

• Conveyor & Sorting Operations: Place prepared boxes onto conveyor belts and sort packages into designated shipping zones.

• Shipping System Entry: Input shipment data into shipping programs (experience with Piyovi software is a strong plus).

• Work Area Maintenance: Keep shipping lanes, packaging stations, and staging zones clean, organized, and safe.

What You Need

• Shipping Experience Required: Prior hands-on experience in a shipping, distribution, or logistics role is mandatory.

• RF Scanner & Pick/Pack Proficiency: Proven experience operating RF scanners for inventory picking and order packing.

• Shipping Program Knowledge: Experience using automated shipping software (Piyovi system experience highly preferred).

• Reliability: Excellent attendance habits, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to Hazelwood, MO 63042.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and evaluations.
