What You Will Do

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and evaluate qualified candidates across commercial, industrial, and administrative sectors.

• Client Account Management: Maintain consistent communication with client business leaders, understanding their hiring needs, work environments, and skill requirements.

• Job Matching & Placement: Align top candidate skill sets with open job orders to ensure successful, long-term placement matches.

• Onboarding & Operations Support: Manage candidate intake, administer skills assessments, conduct reference checks, and assist with employee orientation paperwork.

• Retention & Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for placed associates, ensuring strong performance, safety awareness, and job satisfaction.

What You Need

• Professional Experience: Prior experience in recruiting, customer service, sales, account management, administrative support, or HR preferred.

• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: High-level verbal and written communication skills in English to interview candidates, present options to business owners, and build strong professional relationships.

• Technical Literacy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job search platforms, Microsoft Office, and basic database software.

• Multi-Tasking & Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

• Reliability: Excellent attendance habits, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to Maryland Heights, MO 63146.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard internal background checks and onboarding evaluations.
