Temporary Packaging Associate
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Location: Menomonie, WI

We are seeking a reliable Packaging Associate to join a growing manufacturing operation in Menomonie, WI. This position offers a consistent first-shift schedule and is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, maintaining quality standards, and working as part of a team in a packaging and manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
Duties may include:
- Capping jars
- Placing jars into boxes
- Packaging tubes into boxes
- Taping boxes
- Performing minor inspections to verify print quality and confirm lot numbers are accurate
- Following GMP/GDP procedures and work instructions
- Maintaining attention to detail while meeting production and packaging expectations
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance
- A positive attitude
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to follow GMP/GDP training and workplace procedures
Previous manufacturing, packaging, production, warehouse, assembly, or quality inspection experience is welcome but not required.
Transferable Experience
