Express Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Medical Assistant (MA) to join an exceptional Women's Health specialty clinic in Honolulu. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a highly respected maternal health and prenatal care practice dedicated to providing outstanding patient care and support to women and families throughout Hawaii.
Pay:
MA: $26/hr
New Grad: $24/hr
CMA: $27/hr 
Location: Honolulu, HI (Ala Moana area)
  • Employee parking available for just $60/month
Schedule
  • Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Responsibilities (but not limited to)
  • Room and prepare patients for examinations and procedures
  • Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and patient information
  • Perform venipuncture and blood draws in accordance with established protocols
  • Process, label, and prepare laboratory specimens for transport
  • Assist physicians and clinical staff with patient care and procedures
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient follow-up care
  • Answer patient questions and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain exam room cleanliness and stock clinical supplies
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinical safety standards
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of recent CMA/MA experience (within the last 24 months)
  • Diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant Program
  • Current Medical Assistant Certificate, preferred 
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification
  • Current Two-Step TB/Chest X-Ray Clearance (within 1 year)
