Our Client is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with questions and inquiries over the phone, email, and live chat

This is a seasonal role which will require working through the holiday season

Qualifications:

• Must be dependable and have strong attendance
• Must be able to respond to customers quickly and in a professional and friendly manner
• Must be able to type quickly and ensure proper spelling and grammar
• Must be tech savvy with ability to learn and use new systems quickly
• Must be able to commute to job location daily while on assignment

Job Duties:

• Respond to customer inquires over the phone, email, and live chat
• Provide professional, clear, accurate and courteous support
• Process returns, exchanges, and warranty requests based on company policy and guarantees
• Coordinate with all internal departments and teams (accounting, sales, warehouse, product teams, etc.)
• Document all customer interactions accurately and in detail
• Escalate issues as necessary
• Additional duties as assigned
