Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Our client is a well-established local manufacturer specializing in high-quality metal roofing products. They are seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors.

Position Overview

The Receptionist will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience by greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate is pleasant, polished, dependable, and enjoys interacting with people in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors
• Provide excellent customer service and address general inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication
• Support office staff with day-to-day operations
• Handle basic filing, data entry, and document organization

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Pleasant, polite, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
• Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
