Position: Production Associate – Food Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking Production Associates to work in a fast-paced, cold-temperature food manufacturing facility. Associates will be responsible for preparing, packaging, labeling, and inspecting food products while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Important: This position requires working in a cold, refrigerated production environment throughout the shift. Candidates must be comfortable working in cold temperatures for extended periods.

Job Responsibilities

• Work on a production line preparing, packing, and handling food products.

• Package, seal, and label finished products accurately.

• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and food safety standards.

• Operate basic production equipment and machinery as instructed.

• Meet daily production goals and maintain an efficient workflow.

• Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitary.

• Follow all food safety regulations and company policies.

• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Assist with loading materials and supplies onto production lines.

• Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors.

• Work with team members to meet production deadlines.

Job Requirements

• Must be comfortable working in a cold or refrigerated environment for the entire shift.

• Must be able to stand for 8 hours or longer.

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility.

• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

• Must be able to bend, lift, and move materials as required.

• Must have reliable transportation and excellent attendance.

• Must follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be willing to wear required protective clothing and equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food processing experience is preferred but not required.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to follow instructions and meet production expectations.

• Dependable with a strong work ethic.

• Willingness to work in cold temperatures.

Work Environment

This position is located inside a cold-temperature food production facility. Employees will work in refrigerated areas and may be exposed to cold temperatures, wet floors, and repetitive production tasks. Appropriate protective clothing and PPE must be worn as required.
