A company in Columbus, Indiana is hiring a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to their team!
This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving manufacturing equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and be comfortable performing both preventative and corrective maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule
- 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday 11:00PM - 7:30AM
Job Duties
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics
- Install, modify, and repair machinery, equipment, and control systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately
- Order parts and materials needed for maintenance projects
- Assist with equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
- Train and mentor other maintenance personnel as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics
- Experience with machine repair, preventative maintenance, and equipment installation
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong attendance record and work ethic
