Salary: $23.00

Seeking an outgoing, friendly individual to provide one on one support for an Outreach Specialist! This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections within their community.

 

Pay Rate: 

• $23.00 per hour with opportunity to increase 

Work Schedule: 

• Typically Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 
• Some Monday's, no Friday's 

Benefits:

• Pay for mileage and training 
• Bonus - to earn extra hours, helping client with daily household activities or other community events

Qualifications

• Must be flexible 
• Must have organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication 
• Punctual and dependable 
• Computer skills - Google Drive and Microsoft 
• Interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills 
• Knowledge of spread sheets 
• Prefer a trained job coach, but willing to train the right person 
• Work in office environment and helping client with outreach in the community
• Prefer experience in fundraising 

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check and finger printing locally - paid for by JM Murray
• Must have reliable transportation and a reliable car
• Must be comfortable picking client up at home to drive to job site or to do outreach in the Greater-Capital Region

Pay check will come from a non-profit, JM Murray. JM Murray operates in Cortland, NY and handles all trainings and communication remotely.
