Service Technician / Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician / Warehouse Supervisor to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial ice cream machines while overseeing daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate must have strong electrical and refrigeration experience, mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial ice cream machines.

• Repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.

• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.

• Answer customer calls and provide technical troubleshooting assistance.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse personnel.

• Manage inventory, parts, shipping, and receiving.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse.

• Document repairs, service calls, and inventory activities.

Qualifications

• Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience required.

• Refrigeration experience required.

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.

• Warehouse supervisory or leadership experience.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues over the phone.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and multitask.

• Valid driver's license.

Preferred: Experience with commercial ice cream machines, HVAC, commercial refrigeration, or food service equipment.
