Warehouse Associate – Order Puller/Loader

Pay: Starting at $20.50 per hour

We are looking for dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our team. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position for individuals who enjoy staying active and working in a warehouse environment.

 

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments of tires and auto parts.
• Stock inventory safely in warehouse racks up to 25 feet tall.
• Operate industrial vehicles including forklifts and picker equipment.
• Use handheld scanners to track inventory and locate items efficiently.
• Assist other departments as needed, including e-commerce and general inventory control.
• Follow all safety policies and operational procedures to maintain a secure work environment.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during your shift.
• Heavy Lifting: Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally (team lifts or mechanical equipment are used for commercial tires).
• Pushing Force: Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when handling barrels or specialty industrial/agricultural tires.
• Comfort with Heights: Ability to operate equipment and work safely around warehouse stock racks up to 25 feet high.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and perform other job-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order picking, or packing experience preferred.
• Cherry picker experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and become cherry picker certified.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.
• High school diploma or GED is a plus.
