Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our industrial equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial equipment and machinery.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
3. Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns.
4. Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems.
5. Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement improvements in equipment reliability.
6. Operate a variety of hand and power tools to complete tasks.
7. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
8. Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.
4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprints.
5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication purposes.
8. Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
