  Alachua, FL manufacturing company has immediate opening for an experienced warehouse clerk. Position has the following job duties: performs duties associated with the receipt, storage, retrieval/picking, distribution and shipment of material; sorts, records, labels, stores, and distributes incoming parts according to system of numbers, locations, and written documents; retrieves and distributes needed parts in house or to shipping area for customers.

 

 Position requires 2 years of similar warehouse experience, forklift experience, ability to enter data into a computer, HS Diploma or GED, and reliable transportation. 1st shift position M-F. $18.00 - 19.00/hr to start. Temp-to-hire opportunity, with the opportunity to convert to permanent based on performance/reliability.

 

Environment is non-climate controlled and requires regular lifting/walking with up to 50 pounds.
