• Material Handling: Safely move, stage, and organize windows, frames, and various building materials throughout the warehouse and shop floor.
• Facility Maintenance: Clean and maintain a highly organized shop and warehouse environment to ensure a safe, efficient workflow.
• Team Support: Assist warehouse team members with various daily duties, loading/unloading, and miscellaneous tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

• Teamwork & Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Physical Stamina: Comfort moving and handling materials safely throughout an active 8-hour shift.
• Detail-Oriented: A proactive approach to maintaining a clean work area and spotting organization needs.
• Versatility: Willingness to assist with various changing warehouse/shop tasks as production demands shift.
