Electrical Panel Builder — Temp-to-Perm

Pay: $19–$23 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
Overtime: Occasional voluntary Saturday overtime may be available
Start Date: As soon as possible

We are seeking experienced Electrical Panel Builders for temp-to-perm opportunities. This role involves assembling and wiring custom electrical panels from start to finish using electrical schematics and job specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret electrical schematics to complete custom panel builds.

• Install electrical components and complete panel wiring.

• Check completed work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience reading electrical schematics; circuit board experience alone does not meet this requirement.

• Previous electrical wiring experience.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Dependable attendance, reliability, and a stable work history.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
