Manufacturing Operator

Starting Pay: $20.50/hour

Earn pay increases up to $27.00/hour by gaining proficiency across multiple production lines and manufacturing processes.

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will work as part of a small team to safely and efficiently manufacture industry-leading products using specialized production equipment. This position offers hands-on training, opportunities to learn multiple production lines, and a clear path for increasing responsibilities and earnings.

Essential Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow established production processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Learn and become proficient on multiple production lines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with product changeovers, packaging, and general production activities.
• Accurately complete production documentation as required.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn new skills and cross-train across multiple departments.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work safely around production equipment.

Schedule

Monday – Friday
5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
