Job Full Description

We are looking for a Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate to join our client's team. This position is ideal for a dependable and physically capable warehouse professional with proven experience operating Reach and/or Counterbalance forklifts, along with strong shipping, receiving, and general warehouse experience. The successful candidate will operate a Raymond Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance forklift while supporting daily warehouse operations. The company handles various types of batteries, so the role requires safe material handling and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Employment Type: Potential Temp-to-Perm
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch
Safety Shoes: Required

Responsibilities

• Operate Raymond Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance forklift
• Perform shipping and receiving duties
• Pick and pack orders and prepare products for shipment
• Handle and move various types of batteries safely
• Use RF scanners for picking and warehouse activities
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
• Lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs
• Follow workplace safety procedures and supervisor instructions

Requirements

• Valid Forklift License – Counterbalance and/or Reach
• Proven forklift and warehouse experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Safety shoes are required
